Established in 1995, the Oakland Chinatown Jubilee Community Center (OCJCC) is an independent non-profit organization affiliated with the Episcopal Church of Our Saviour. In a non-religious environment, OCJCC offers Saturday Chinese Language, Art and Music classes, an After School Tutorial Program, ESL-English as Second Language, and a Summer Youth Program. These programs serve to fill the needs of the growing communities’ participation in educational programs.
OUR Mission . . . to supplement the
various programs within the Chinatown community by offering affordable educational programs to enhance learning and growth in the younger generation.
